Lake homes are some of the most challenging, but also some of the most fun work we get to do. The lots are typically unusual and the grade is usually steep, but because of the uniqueness we are able to really get the creative juices flowing. Lake houses are like an adult playground and the perfect escape into nature. Every aspect of the lot has to be taken into consideration, for example: sunset/sunrise, lake view, etc. All homes are custom so it utilizes all the features of the lot.
