When designing Beach homes every aspect of the building site must be considered in order to make it the perfect forever home: sunset or sunrise direction, ocean view, trade wind direction, etc. All homes are custom designed so as to utilize the best features of the site. Some are flat and need to account for flood zones and setbacks while others may be on a cliff or bluff that need to accommodate the best view and breeze direction. The final design is the sum of all of these features incorporated with the clients tastes regarding home style. Once it’s finished each is a masterpiece in its own rite.
