So, whether your permit packet is 100 pages long or 13 pages long it’s going to cost the exact same amount to ensure you that every sheet in your packet is actually required and not just there to beef up the cost. Additionally, charging per square foot locks you in at a fixed rate that you know before ever paying a deposit, this ensures that you’re not blowing your budget. Whether your house cost $10 million or $100,000 the price of our drawings will be not change, it is simply driven by the square footage of your home. This way, if we recommend something that would look nice in your home you can know that we are being genuine in our effort to give you the best product possible versus being afraid that we are trying to spec unneeded accessories/high-end finishes that will drive your budget up in order to help our job be more expensive. Square footage cost varies per region, but everyone will receive the standard pricing unless otherwise noted.
